8-1-25   THOUGHTS

We consider the place and position of Christ this morning.  The words we share here show God’s working in Jesus, His son.  It was/is a marvelous work!  All the fullness of Diety lived on this earth in bodily form.  Humility and love and suffering, mixed to save our souls!  Feet were washed by our Savior to teach us how to live.  God spoke through Jesus in giving us the WORDS OF LIFE!  An eternal  “living hope”  has graced us!  

John 14:10  "Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on My own initiative, but the Father abiding in Me does His works.
Heb 1:1-3    Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the prophets,  2  but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world. 3  He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,
Col 2: 9-10    For in Him all the fullness of Deity dwells in bodily form, 10  and in Him you have been made complete, and He is the head over all rule and authority;

A Prayer:
Thank You  Father for Your grace and love delivered to us in Jesus.  Help us in our seeking to abide in that great love.  May our view of the cross and the resurrection  motivate us to diligence and power in our living for You.  May we seek a closer walk with You with each step and breath.  Give us pure hearts and right minds as we act out what we believe.  Help our view of our Lord bring Your Image to this world.  In Jesus’ name,   Amen.
